It’s a little bit sad but I am excited to start another decade.

Does anyone else get a sense that they can accomplish more in a new year, or am I just ridiculous?
I have fallen in love with my new camera and I can’t wait for Emma to come home so she can be my pretty little model. For now Mr. Pete will have to doooo.

Last night was my work party and it was absolutely lovely.
I work with some of the nicest people in the world.

It really put my in the Christmas spirit seeing people open gifts and laugh and honestly just have a good time.
Not to mention dinner at my aunts was wonderful as always.
Some people would say it’s boring, but I love seeing my family. I rarely see them and this time of year is usually only time out of the year. So I love it.

2 days until my friends Christmas get together.
Which is exciting because I get to give them all their gifts and see their faces when they open it.
But it’s a little bitter sweet because it might be one of the last times I get to see Emma before she leaves and I will miss her. Because I’m a baby who can’t go a week without seeing my besty.

Anyway, cleaning and work?
Yuck.

I feel guilty when I get gifts, and I don’t know what to say to my family.

So, I always put everything off until the last minute. Always.
I have never been the best at studying, cleaning, or even just being on time for work.
But we have a lot of family coming in for Christmas this year so I think I should probably start cleaning now so that everything is spick and span for the famz.

For the last 4 days I have said “I need to start cleaning now” probably like 400 times. And I have barely started at all.
I always get as far as bringing the broom down, or picking up some garbage (for anyone that knows me, the know my basement is usually a warzone or dump), and it is simply not good enough.

I am not in school, I have no exams, so there is no excuse for me being such a lazy buttface.

On the bright side, my house is all decorated and ready for Christmas. Not to mention the white fluffy snow outside making me a little more in the Christmas spirit everyday.
No presents left to wrap, and no more decorations to put up so I am completely ready.
I am sad that my best friend will not be here for the holidays but I know that she will be happy to see her family. So that’s good.

It’s sad because I am writing this blog in an attempt to put off cleaning.

Ugh.

I am sitting in my basement that is being lit by a tiny Christmas tree. Under the tree is gifts for my family and friends all wrapped up and ready to make them smile.

This is the most excited for Christmas I have been in years. This is the first time I will spend it completely with people who make me happy and not have to worry about anything. I am very very excited.
The 16th is quickly approaching and that is when my friends and I do our annual gift exchange and I get to give them everything I purchased. I think I got everyone something they will really like.

This is will be the first Christmas my grandmother will spend without my pop and I am really worried about how she is going to be. Although she is coming out here for Christmas so I will do everything in my power to distract her. (i.e. Throw a kitten in her face :])
And my whole family will also try to make her not think about it. She’s a strong lady, I am sure she will be fine.

This is the first Christmas I will spend without an asshole for a boyfriend, and with an awesomely awesome boy instead.

Now I don’t want you to take me for a person lacking holiday cheer, I mean, I am just as holly fuckin’ jolly as the next plus size store employee.
But seeing as I am in a business of selling clothes to larger women, I do not take kindly to you complaining about your fat mother or sister or aunt.

It’s just simply not cool, ok?

I just hate seeing oversized 14 year olds leaving the sotre crying because of bitchy mom face being a dumbdumb.

Gah.. Working has made me hate Christmas a little.

I’m sitting on the computer again for about the 4th time already today. Same routine everyday since I dropped out of school, wake up, talk to boyfriend as he gets ready for school, sit around do nothing until either A. boyfriend returns or B. I go to work.

I need to get a hobby, or start looking for something to do in January. I may just wait till September to go back to school, and just work full time and make muniez.

HELLO WORDPRESS. I’VE NEVER HAD A BLOG BEFORE.
That’s a damn lie, I’ve just never stuck to one long enough for it to matter. I had a couple of blogspots and a blogger and they were both failures.

Anyhoozle, That’s all I have for my first blog.
